CBRE Southampton announces two promotions across two departments
The Southampton office of CBRE announces two promotions across the advisory and transaction services and property management service lines. Emma Lockey has been promoted to director and Ghassan Al-Hourani to senior surveyor.
Lockey joined CBRE’s advisory and transaction services team in 1999 and has over 22 years’ experience in office agency letting, acquisitions and disposals across the South Coast. Lockey’s portfolio covers the region and includes working closely with landlords looking to let office space, as well as advising tenants wanting to acquire space.
Al-Hourani has been with CBRE since 2017, joining the property management department from Cushman & Wakefield. He completed his Master's degree in real estate in 2019 and qualified as a surveyor in 2020.
Commenting on the promotions, James Brounger, head of CBRE Southampton said: “These promotions are very well-deserved. In an exceptionally challenging environment, all our teams have continued to provide clients with excellent service. Emma and Ghassan have a wealth of experience to support our clients and their promotions strengthen our position across the South Coast.”
