South West construction consultancy Bailey Partnership has expanded into the South Coast of England.

The new office in Chichester is headed up by Chartered Building Surveyor, Robert Barnes. Barnes joins Bailey Partnership from MAPP in London with 25 years of experience across the commercial, private, and public property sectors.

The expansion represents significant growth for the company on the South Coast of England, following projects with Vivid Homes, the Ministry of Justice, the Thinking Schools Academy Trust, the Diocese of Chichester, as well as private sector commissions. Barnes will be supported by a team of Building Surveyors and Project Managers to offer Bailey Partnership’s full range of consultancy services to South Coast clients, covering everything from architecture and structural engineering to town planning.

The 'Building Top 100' construction consultancy and former 'Building Magazine Construction Consultant of the Year' has seen 20% growth in staff numbers in the last twelve months. As well as architecture, structural engineering, and town planning, the practice offers building surveying, project management, quantity surveying, interior design, engineering, and building services, and recently introduced facade and fire engineering specialisms to support the EWS1/cladding remediation team working across the UK.
