Black Ox Ltd acquires branded video company Sightline

Black Ox Ltd, publishers of The Business Magazine, has bolstered its creative content wing with the acquisition of video production firm Sightline.

The acquisition of the Guildford-based company, which specialises in producing corporate videos, was completed at the start of this month for an undisclosed fee and increases the services that Black Ox Ltd can offer its B2B client base.

All Sightline staff, including founder Keith Thomas and senior editor Ashley Kitchen, will transfer to Black Ox Ltd.

Sightline was founded in 1986 and has built a strong industry reputation for the quality of its video productions alongside the service that it provides to its UK-wide clients.

Sightline’s work spans many sectors including videos for the NHS, BAM, Amazon, UK Civil Service, RugDoctor, numerous councils and housing organisations, and a number of the country's top universities.
