English Oak Care Homes set to expand with HSBC UK funding
A care home provider has secured an eight-figure funding package from HSBC UK to expand two of its current sites and purchase a new home in Hampshire.
English Oak Care Homes is investing in the expansion of two sites in Hayling Island and Fareham in Hampshire, to meet demand for services. The expansion of these properties will create 16 additional rooms.
Oak View Residential Care Home delivers dementia care, as well as day and respite care to over 40 patients. This site is being developed with HSBC UK support to include a new sky lounge for residents, which will overlook the 30-acre grounds of the building.
The company has also purchased a new site to keep up with rising demand, experienced since the pandemic. Nightingale Court in Waterlooville is set to open in December this year and promises to offer a sustainably conscious home for residents in the Hampshire area.
As part of the HSBC UK backed developments, English Oak Care Homes will continue the rollout of EV charging points across its network of homes. Each care home is currently 100% carbon neutral.
