IRIS Software appoints new Managing Director of HCM Division
IRIS Software Group, one of the UK’s largest privately held software companies, has appointed Ross Tracey as Managing Director for its Human Capital Management (HCM) division in a bid to drive forward IRIS’ HCM offerings in HR and Payroll technology.
A seasoned senior executive, Tracey has nearly two decades of experience in bringing transformational technology to market. He joins IRIS from global HCM software company Ceridian Europe, where he served as Chief Technology Officer, then as Managing Director, for a total of 12 years, and had an instrumental role in launching Ceridian’s cloud HCM product into the European market.
“The COVID-19 pandemic rapidly accelerated digitalisation across the board and the market is changing quickly, so leaders need the right tools to take advantage and move forward with confidence”, said David Lockie, Chief Operating Officer of IRIS Software Group. “Ross’ appointment to lead our HCM sector will enable us to ensure every organisation has the technology they need to operate with agility.”
