Southampton FC loan spell boosts value of Arsenal FC target Armando Broja
Arsenal will have to pay £58m if they are to land in form striker Armando Broja who is on loan at Southampton FC from Chelsea FC.
The Albanian international is a target for Mickael Arteta's Arsenal with Italian sports website TuttoMercatoWEB reporting the Chelsea would not be willing to let their player leave unless they receive an offer that meets their valuation of the player.
The 20 year-old, who was born in Slough, has impressed during his loan spell at Southampton FC having scored nine goals in his 27 appearances in all competitions.

The Stamford Bridge club's reported valuation of £58m comes despite Broja only featuring in one match for Chelsea against Everton as a substitute where he came on for four minutes.
Broja told Southampton FC's official media channel said his game had greatly improved since arriving at the club.
He said: “It’s gone so fast. When you think about it, it’s crazy! That six months have flown by. I would say I’m very happy with how it’s gone – I came here as a young boy and every day I’m learning and progressing, and starting to build into a man.

“That’s thanks to Southampton. They’ve helped me with my journey so far, and hopefully it keeps getting better.

Southampton FC currently sit ninth in the Premiership with manager Ralph Hasenhuttl saying the club would continue to push further up the table.
He said: "The goal is always to end the season in as high a place as possible, and absolutely important for us is how we develop our game and we are concentrating on not losing energy on where we are in the table, we are looking to keep getting better and developing our game.
"The most obvious thing in the moment is that we definitely did this."
