Based in Leamington Spa, Technology Blueprint is a SaaS software solutions provider to the property tech industry and has been established for over 25 years.
The company was founded by entrepreneur Vik Tar, who said of the sale: “We are excited to be joining Volaris Group. We now have a fantastic platform from which to offer innovative and market leading PropTech solutions.
"We were attracted to their approach of buying entrepreneurial businesses, while leaving management in place to allow them the autonomy to continue to grow and flourish.
"There is a strong fit between the two businesses, operationally, and culturally, and our clients will benefit from our ability to grow and develop our proposition as part of the larger group. This partnership is an exciting next step on the Technology Blueprint journey. I know that the business will become even stronger through this next chapter of growth.”
Partner at Transcend Corporate, Steve Bartlett who advised on the sale said: “We are delighted to have been able to help and support Technology Blueprint in completing this transaction.
"Volaris is a good buyer of businesses like this, with their supportive and long-term mindset, which will allow Vik and his team to continue to deliver market leading, innovative software solutions to the property market. We wish him and his team all continued success.”
