Email signature firm Exclaimer Group acquires Periodic

Email signature management specialist Exclaimer Group has bought US-based company Periodic.

The Farnborough headquartered group has purchased the Indiana firm which provides in the calendaring and appointment scheduling market.

Exclaimer say the acquisition will allow it to add addition functionality to its core offering.

Exclaimer's platform allows companies to optimise their email signatures to streamline sales and marketing.

Marco Costa, CEO Exclaimer, said: "This acquisition will allow our customers to further optimise the revenue opportunities available in their email signatures by driving booked meetings from every email they send. Exclaimer is driving a fundamental shift in what's possible to embed in personalised emails today. The acquisition is also exciting as it will further drive Exclaimer's strong expansion in the U.S. market."

The sale follows Exclaimer's purchase of Customer Thermometer in 2021 which allowed users to integrate feedback and surveys within their email signatures.
