IBB Law advises Bellstan on sale of issued share capital
Law firm IBB has advised the shareholders Bellstan Limited on its sale of the entire issued share capital in the company, to WJ South Limited. The IBB team consisted of Adam Dowdney, Partner, and Ami Bhatt, Senior Associate in the Corporate Commercial Team and Jeff Elphee, a Partner in the Commercial Property Team. IBB’s cross practice team was able to advise on both the commercial and property aspects of the deal.
IBB's Partner, Dowdney commenting on the transaction said: "There were some considerable time pressures but all parties worked sensibly to structure a deal that worked for all."
