Moorcrofts advises on sale of Pythagoras Communications Holdings
Based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, Moorcrofts has advised on the sale of Pythagoras Communications Holdings to Ernest & Young. The acquisition of Pythagoras Communications by EY took place in May.
The Moorcrofts team was led by Will Pearce (Corporate Partner) with support from Adam Former (Corporate Associate), Heather Stewart (Corporate Solicitor), Tim Astley (Commercial Partner), Matt Jenkin (Employment Partner), Julia Ferguson (Property Partner).
