Kent-based United Living, a provider of services to the UK’s regulated utility infrastructure and property markets - with revenues of circa £450 million this year - has acquired Cheshire company Great British Communications (GBC).
GBC is a specialist provider of acquisition, design, build, procurement, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services to mobile network operators.
United Living Chair and Chief Executive, Neil Armstrong, said:
“GBC will complement our existing utility infrastructure services and provide us with a platform to further grow into the telecoms space.”
United Living is headquartered in Swanley, Kent and trades through three main operating entities: United Living Infrastructure Services (ULIS), United Living New Homes (ULNH), and United Living Property Services
(ULPS), which collectively deliver integrated support services.
Headquartered in Widnes, Cheshire, Great British Communications is a UK telecommunications infrastructure services provider offering specialist services to all of the major mobile network operators, equipment vendors, and asset owners across the wireless communications industry.
