Maidenhead: Moorcrofts advises on Plastor management buyout

Moorcrofts LLP has advised Plastor, a leading UK supplier of plastic containers, as part of a management buyout.

Operating from its head office in Maidenhead, Plastor, was established in 1992 as independent consultants and suppliers of a comprehensive range of plastic storage containers and materials handling equipment.

Today, it is one of the leading storage and handling product specialists in the UK, offering a huge range of high-quality products and specialist advice to the biggest and smallest companies, across all industries.

John Yates, Plastor’s founder said: “I am really pleased to note that as I step down, I am leaving the company in very capable hands, with a strong management team who have worked with me and the company for many years, I am sure the company will continue to go from strength to strength.
