Kingsbridge Estates specialises in investing in and creating quality industrial, warehouse, office and mixed-use developments across the Central South.

Established in 2004, the company‘s portfolio includes a number of schemes recently completed or under development. These include the recently completed Concorde Park at Segensworth; Spring Business Park in Havant, which comprises 12 new business units and is due to complete in October 2021; and the £1.2 million refurbishment of the landmark office building at 2, Charlotte Place in Southampton city centre.

The Business South Champions Programme is a business network that has grown to become an influential industry-led community with a shared vision for economic progression in the region. Business South Champions work collaboratively on sector development through dedicated action groups, providing a collective business voice, and promoting the area nationally and internationally.

One of those action groups, Regenerate South, identifies, supports and promotes development schemes and potential investment sites across the Central South. Private and public sector champions work together to generate innovative and challenging proposals for regeneration to help change the dynamics of development and form strategy and advice on how to deliver market-ready sites.

Chris Fry, chief executive of Kingsbridge Estates, said: “Kingsbridge Estates specialises in developing quality, dynamic workspaces, and key to that is ensuring those developments are inspiring and sustainable and that they contribute responsibly and positively to the economic and social future of the Central South – the area in which we live and work.

By listening to, and working with, other businesses in the region, we can build on the Central South’s position at the forefront of commercial property developments in the UK. The Business South Champions Programme enables a platform from which that can happen.”

Leigh-Sara Timberlake, group chief executive of Business South said: “Kingsbridge Estates is a distinguished developer of commercial property in the Central South. Through the dedication, shared values and expertise of property professionals like those at Kingsbridge Estates, our Champions Programme and Regenerate South Action Group has an unparalleled pool of knowledge in the commercial property arena.

Proactive and high-calibre Champions like Kingsbridge Estates are the foundation from which collaborative and responsible regeneration can be built for our region.”
