Oxford: Shaw Gibbs advises on sale of financial consultancy

Shaw Gibbs has advised the sale of The First Financial Consultancy (TFFC), a highly regarded FCA compliance adviser to IFAs and other operators in the UK financial services industry, to Royce Compliance Consultancy (RCC), a bespoke provider of advisory services to financial firms.

Shaw Gibbs supported the process from inception through to completion including structuring the transaction and providing continued advisory services.

The transaction represents the coming together of two experienced compliance advisory firms and represents a major stepping stone in the continued growth of Royce Compliance Consultancy.
