Berkshire: Four new appointments for solicitor’s growing commercial team
Law firm Gardner Leader is growing its ever-expanding commercial team. Earlier this year the firm appointed corporate lawyer Diane Yarrow as partner and commercial property specialist Joanna Bullard. Now, four more solicitors have been recruited, spanning employment, commercial litigation and international arbitration, corporate law, and commercial property, bringing the commercial team to 13.
Senior associates Michelle Morgan and Violetta Falla have joined along with solicitors Matthew Adamson and Tim Blackman. Morgan and Adamson will be based in Maidenhead, and Falla and Blackman will work from the Newbury office.
Gardner Leader has also had to find larger offices in Maidenhead to accommodate its ever-growing team. By the New Year, the firm plans to move from its current location on Queen Street to more spacious and modern facilities on Frascati Way.
Greg Humphreys, partner and head of the commercial team, said: “Gardner Leader has experienced tremendous growth in the past few years and because of that, we have expanded our teams in all three offices, including the commercial department, with our Maidenhead team approaching twice the size it was when we acquired it in October 2014. We’re excited about the opening of our new offices on Frascati Way which will bring big benefits to both our clients and employees thanks to its central location, on-site parking and generally roomier, newly-fitted office space and meeting rooms.”
