Award-winning planning consultancy Terence O'Rourke has made two senior-level appointments amidst a continuing upturn in business in its 30th year.
Nigel Pugsley joins the Bournemouth office as an associate director, having formerly held the associate director title at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Southampton. He brings to the team extensive experience in planning strategy, development advice and negotiating with local planning authorities and consultees.
Appointed as a senior planner in the London office, Jon Sheldon worked with Terence O'Rourke on the award-winning Barton Park development in Oxford for his previous role at AECOM London.

"We're immensely proud to celebrate 30 years in business and the first-rate work we deliver for our clients. Our planning success rate currently stands at 97%, a figure which has no doubt contributed to our long-standing position."
