South Coast: Dutton Gregory strengthens residential property team
One of the fastest growing law firms on the South Coast, Dutton Gregory, is strengthening its residential conveyancing service in Southampton.
Following the success of the firm’s merger with Page Gulliford & Gregory in April 2018, Dutton Gregory continues to expand the team in its Southampton office with two new appointments and welcomes associate solicitor Nicky Marsh and executive Nikki Todd to its residential property team.
Marsh has more than 15 years’ experience in residential conveyancing across the full spectrum of residential property matters including everything from straightforward sale and purchases to the more technical and detailed matters and is well known for providing a fast and efficient conveyancing service to her clients. With over 20 years’ experience and a highly regarded reputation for client care, Nikki Todd has also recently joined the Southampton-based team.
These new appointments are the latest development in what has been a successful 12 months for the firm’s residential property team.
Led by partner and industry expert Paul Sams, the team has quadrupled in size over this period and has already seen many successes, such as the launch of their Same Day Conveyancing service and reaching the finals in the Team of the Year category of The News Business Excellence Awards, the results of which will be published in February.
Looking ahead, Paul Sams is confident about the support clients will continue to receive from his team at Dutton Gregory, saying: “The team has been going from strength to strength, with innovative working practices and a real zest for getting the job done for clients in a strong stable environment.
