The Southampton office of CBRE has made four senior promotions across its key service lines. Nick Tutton has been promoted to senior director and Liam Small, Tej Singh and Craig Powell have all been promoted to director.
Tutton joined CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services team in 2000 and has 20 years’ experience on industrial and office agency letting, acquisitions and disposals. His extensive advisory portfolio includes institutional pension funds L&G, LaSalle Investment Management and CBRE Global Investors, as well as property companies and occupiers including Troika, Store Property, Rigby Group, Ageas Insurance and Wartsila and has been involved in a number of high profile transactions across the region.
Small has been with CBRE since 2013, joining the Lease Consultancy Department to advise landlords and tenants in respect of lease renewals, rent reviews and lease re-gears for all commercial property types. Tej and Powell joined CBRE’s Valuation and Property Management teams in 2014 acting on behalf of major lenders, pension funds and occupiers throughout the UK and the South Coast.
Commenting on the promotions, CBRE regional managing director James Brounger said: “The recent round of promotions has seen a significant strengthening of our senior team in Southampton. All four have been valued members of the South Coast team and these promotions are in recognition of their contribution and reflect our continued investment across all our service lines.”
