Southampton: CBRE appoints Robert Shadbolt as building consultancy director

Real estate adviser CBRE has appointed Robert Shadbolt as a director in the regional building consultancy department in Southampton. He joins the firm from JLL.

Shadbolt brings over 10 years’ experience in building surveying with a particular focus on regional project work, where he has built extensive client relationships with landowners, occupiers and professional services businesses across the South Coast. He joins CBRE’s growing south central team to focus on developing a wider regional profile as the increased demand for its specialist consultancy services continues.

Commenting of Shadbolt’s appointment, Simon Wilmot-Wilkinson, director CBRE Building Consultancy, said: “Robert has a very strong regional track record in the building consultancy sector and we’re delighted to welcome him as we look forward to our continuing growth in 2018.”
