Oxford: Ridge and Partners wins prestigious industry award
Oxford-based Ridge and Partners LLP has won Construction Consultant/Surveyor of the Year at this year’s highly regarded national Building Awards. Among many other projects, Ridge recently project managed St Anne’s College Library for the University of Oxford and advised MEPC on Milton Park in Abingdon.
The Building Awards, which took place at The Grosvenor House Hotel, London, is a celebration of all that is great across the UK construction and property industry with over 1,200 people in attendance.
With offices across the UK, Ridge was one of six top consultants shortlisted as finalists from dozens of applications. Its award submission focused on their people, projects, customer care and innovation underpinned by excellent financial performance with strong growth and profitability.

The business was recognised for their dedication to supporting young people new to Ridge through its Young Persons Discussion Groups that see over 80 young people develop Business Improvement Plans from innovation, strategy, IT and communications to improving client service and career development. The firm's success was also in recognition of the wide range of public and private-sector projects and major government frameworks for which it has recently been awarded, including the Crown Commercial Service, Education and Skills Funding Agency and Ministry of Defence/Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
