Shawbrook Bank appoints three new members on its Bank Business Corporate Lending team
Shawbrook Bank has expanded its Business Corporate Lending team with the appointment of three new members over the last three months.
James Hogan (pictured) joined Shawbrook in August as Director, focusing on origination of deals in the South. He has 17 years of experience in financial services, most recently having worked at IGF on ABL lending. Prior to this, he spent time at a Fintech company, helping simplify processes for SMEs to access finance. Previously, Hogan worked at RBS Group for 14 years, predominantly supporting businesses with leverage finance solutions.
Paul Miller joined in September as an Associate Director and Fahim Rahman joined this month (October) as an Analyst.
Commenting on the growth of the team, Oliver Wilson, Managing Director and Head of Commercial Loans at Shawbrook Bank said: "During the first half of the year alone the Corporate Lending team completed 30 transactions, providing £125m of new facilities to high quality UK businesses across a range of sectors including precision manufacturing, professional services, technology, wealth management, and training and education."
