Vail Williams continues growth with 15 promotions
Expanding property consultancy Vail Williams has elected a new LLP member and made 14 other senior promotions as business demand drives strategic growth.
This follows the relocation of 3 of the firm’s 10 regional offices as well as end of year financial reporting which showed continued growth and increasing turnover. At 169 staff, the company is the largest it has ever been.

In the past six months the firm have relocated their Bournemouth, Thames Valley and London Offices.
The company’s new Bournemouth office, located in an established commercial area at Everdene House, resulted from the merger with Cowling & West in March 2021. Meanwhile the Thames Valley office has moved to the newly refurbished Apex Plaza adjacent to Reading train station.
Commenting on their relocations, Matthew said: “The new [Bournemouth] offices not only reinforce our commitment to the area but are more reflective of Vail Williams and provide the working environment we want for our staff, clients and visitors. We are really pleased to have been made to feel welcome in the BCP business community.
He added: “The move [to Apex Plaza] has been well supported. It’s a more sustainable location, near other professional services and has opened up the office to a greater range of internal and external visitors. The fit-out reflects today’s approach to working, with Zoom booths, and bigger break-out areas.”
