Axis Junction 9 completed and fully let
The half million sq ft Bicester business park known as Axis Junction 9 has let its final buildings to companies The Menu and Arrival.
The companies have taken two logistics and industrial buildings totalling 250,000 sq ft which were forward purchased by Mirastar for more than £30 million in December 2020.
Unit 13, 160,000 sq ft, was pre-let to Arrival ahead of completion in October 2021 while Unit 14, 90,000 sq ft, was pre-let to The Menu ahead of completion in December 2021.

The Menu was founded by Nigel Harris of Absolute Taste and Jason Tanner of Premier Food Service Provider. They work with partners to supply raw ingredients and added value, ready to eat or ready to heat quality food components.
Arrival is an electric vehicle manufacturer founded in 2015. They describe themselves as “a technology company, a product company, a supply chain company, an automotive company, a mobility company, a fintech company and a service company.”
