Columbia Threadneedle Investments has bought Mercury Park, an office campus in Wooburn Green, near Beaconsfield, for circa £32 million, from ComLand.

The 94,000 sq ft campus between Beaconsfield and High Wycombe comprises 13 buildings developed by ComLand and completed in 2003.

ComLand is headquartered at the park with buildings including Explorer House, Lunar House, Jupiter House and Gemini House. Other tenants are Alcatel-Lucent, Accacia Comms and Cala Homes.

Columbia Threadneedle was advised by Doherty Baines; Savills advised ComLand.
