Bournemouth: Goadsby and CBRE secure two lettings at Waverley House

Goadsby Commercial and CBRE have announced that Raglan Housing and Caspian One have both signed up at Waverley House, Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, in quick succession. The building, which has been substantially refurbished by Troika Developments, offers quality open-plan office accommodation with secure on-site parking. 

Raglan has taken the 5th and 6th floors having relocated from Oxford Road, while Caspian One has taken the 4th floor having previously been located in serviced offices out of town.
