The next phase of David Wilson Homes' River Meadow development in Stanford in the Vale has been released.

The second phase of the Ware Road project offers a variety of one, two, three and five bedroom homes. In total, 100 new properties will be delivered, including 65 private and 35 affordable homes, suitable for buyers on all rungs of the property ladder.

Rob Allen, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes Southern, said: “We are delighted to announce that the second phase of homes has launched at our River Meadow community, and we are looking forward to welcoming more visitors to take a look at the latest homes.

“After receiving such positive feedback from our residents on the previous phase, we are thrilled that we can continue to provide much needed, expertly crafted homes in the area, enabling more house hunters to fall in love with the thriving new community.”

River Meadow is set in the village of Stanford in the Vale amongst the Vale of the White Horse. One of the best features of the development is its access to local facilities including a pre-school, primary school, village shop, post office, hairdresser and a pub.

The development sits within five miles of Faringdon and Wantage, with Oxford and Swindon easily reached via the nearby A34 and M4.
