The Borough of Poole has successfully acquired Wessex Trade Centre, a popular industrial estate that is home to 32 local businesses. Advised by property consultants Vail Williams, the off-market purchase enables the Council to secure long-term revenue to re-invest back into the local economy.

The 94,000 sq ft estate, situated three miles from Poole town centre, includes 33 trade counter and light industrial units, producing an income in excess of £700,000 per annum.

Vail Williams, leading property advisers along the M27 corridor, are continuing to grow activity on the western side of the Solent region. Office partner Russell Miller said: “This is the second industrial estate we have acquired in the Dorset area in a matter of months.”
