United Living to deliver 200 homes in £33.5 million Carterton development

A £33.5million development of 200 affordable homes has been announced for Milestone Road, Carterton, Oxfordshire.

Developer Platform Housing Group has awarded the construction contract to Kent firm United Living Group

The properties will be a mix of two, three and four bedroom units, houses and apartments. Provision has been made for shared ownership, rent to buy, affordable rent and social rent units.

The scheme will result in a £1.2 million payment to Oxfordshire County Council, and a further £0.6 million to West Oxfordshire District Council in the form of its statutory section 106 payment.

The partnership of United Living Group and Platform Housing already have a track record of delivery, having completed estates in Witney (West Oxfordshire), Crease Drove (Peterborough) and Boston (Lincolnshire).
