Wescott Venture Park secures four new lettings
Buckinghamshire’s Westcott Venture Park has continued its expansion by securing four new lettings covering 110,200 sq ft.
Building 4000, comprising 27,000 sq ft across three units, has been let on 10-year lease terms. Units A and B, totalling 15,750 sq ft of laboratory, office and warehouse space set over two floors, have been let to the Satellite Applications Catapult for a new In-Orbit Servicing and Manufacturing Facility (IOSM) and a Healthy Living Laboratory and Agri Living Lab
Meanwhile, the 11,250 sq ft Unit C has been let to ambulance service Rapid Response Medical Services.

International aerospace and defence company Nammo has taken a 15-year lease on newly constructed Building 6040 comprising 18,200 sq ft of manufacturing and production space within the Westcott Enterprise Zone.
The lettings represent a continuation of the park’s ongoing major investment programme under the ownership of Patrizia Hannover Property Trust Unit. The park recently secured a pre-let of Building 6000 (featured above) to Green Retreats, consisting of factory and production space on a ten year lease.
Nigel MacKenzie, Development Manager said: “We are proud of what has been achieved at Westcott over the last few years which has been reflected in the high calibre occupiers we have attracted and retained on the site.

The 650-acre park is currently home to over 80 businesses, employing more than a thousand people.
