The lettings represent a continuation of the park’s ongoing major investment programme under the ownership of Patrizia Hannover Property Trust Unit. The park recently secured a pre-let of Building 6000 (featured above) to Green Retreats, consisting of factory and production space on a ten year lease.

Nigel MacKenzie, Development Manager said: “We are proud of what has been achieved at Westcott over the last few years which has been reflected in the high calibre occupiers we have attracted and retained on the site.

“Westcott is a place for businesses to secure their future within a community of technology innovators and in a location that offers unrivalled security and space to grow.”

The 650-acre park is currently home to over 80 businesses, employing more than a thousand people.
