CMA Recruitment Group has undertaken a comprehensive research project on the impact of COVID-19 on the South’s working practices.
CMA has conducted a detailed research project, identifying the key dynamics within the Southern business community, with a focus on employment related matters.
More than 300 businesses in the South were surveyed, analysing perspectives from both senior management and from professionals across a diverse range of company sizes and sectors.
“We are still in the early stages of understanding the longer term impact of Covid-19 on our business community,” said CMA, “but there are already some key themes emerging regarding talent attraction and retention, flexible working arrangements and remuneration. The research also provides fascinating insights into the differing perspectives of management and their workforces.”
