Clever Software Group undergoes rapid expansion through lockdown
Having recently returned to the office, bespoke software development company, Clever Software Group, has undergone an exciting expansion.
Despite spells of working from home during the three national lockdowns, the custom software development company has been able to move in the right direction, thanks to a very successful 2020 – expanding its workforce with 6 roles across the breadth of the pandemic, with 4 new members of staff since January of this year. The new additions include head of operations, a user interface designer and a digital marketing executive, alongside most recently welcoming 3 bespoke software developers onto the team.
“It’s amazing to have the whole team back under one roof again, especially with so many new faces to welcome to the team,” says managing director, Andrew Matthews. “Thanks to everyone’s unbeatable work ethic throughout the multiple lockdowns, the company finds itself in an incredibly strong position. We have been able to quickly and efficiently adapt to clients’ changing needs, to ensure they were able to continue operations smoothly, whilst being able to acquire new prospects.”
Clever Software Group relocated to an office based in Ringwood last summer, with the expansion of the company insight. The office is once again filled with laughter, the familiar sound of keyboards tapping away and the smell of plenty of cups of coffee. Catching up with teammates via virtual calls is all well and good, but nothing beats those office ‘water cooler moments’, which the Clever Software team has greatly missed engaging in. Looking forward to 2021, the bespoke software development company is hoping to increase even further, by potentially taking on an additional 5 positions. Clever Software Group has taken the recent rapidly changing circumstances in its stride and continued to grow from strength to strength.
