Small international PR agency, Jargon PR, has today announced that it has acquired Vantage Marketing, a PR firm specialising in the B2B commercial and industrial market.

Jargon PR will acquire Vantage Marketing’s portfolio of clients across the coming months and increase its presence across the B2B industry.

The absorption of the Wales-based agency will see Jargon PR acquire Vantage Marketing to support the continued growth of the company. The merger was finalised on 1st November.

Clients acquired from Vantage Marketing include Biral, DHD Cooling, Ecolighting and Wunda Group. Jargon PR will work with Nick Brooks, Managing Director at Vantage Marketing for a three month handover period. The agency will also bring Julia Fitzgerald into Jargon PR as an Account Manager from Vantage Marketing, to support the merger.

“Vantage Marketing’s client-base is the perfect B2B fit for Jargon PR and we look forward to working with a roster of exciting new clients,” commented Simon Corbett, Managing Director at Jargon PR.

“Vantage Marketing has produced many impressive PR campaigns over the years, and we’re excited to continue the good work. Our team has extensive experience across a number of sectors within the B2B industry, so I’m confident the merger will be a great success,” continued Simon Corbett.

The merger comes at an exciting time for Jargon PR, as the agency has recently been named PR Agency of the Year at the Global Agency Awards, and won the Reputation Management Awards at the PRCA Dare Awards.
