The Legal 500: Gateley well placed to advise TMT sector clients

Gateley Plc's Reading practice is well placed to advise TMT sector clients on all corporate and commercial law matters, particularly in connection with buyouts, M&A and private equity transactions, says The Legal 500.

Practice head Andrew Peddle  handles M&A and fundraising work and Paul de Vince  advises on commercial agreements, with an emphasis on projects involving procurement.
